Thanks to everyone who has supported WDSC at its first three open shows.  What a success they have been, alot of new faces, brilliant weather (if not a little to warm).  Photo's of the first open show can been seen in June's Equestrian Life magazine with plenty of club members featured.  There are two more open shows for your diary the final points show is 28 June and the Supreme/Equestrian Life show is 26 July.  We have received some great feedback from judges and new faces.  If you would like to give any feedback on any of the shows please contact a committee member.  Details can be found on the contact page.

 A CHANCE TO DO YOUR ROAD SAFTETY

 The BHS riding and road safety is a recognised qualification. You have to of passed your road safety test, before you take your BHS stage 2 or pony club C test.  The test is in three parts all on the same day.  The Theory Test. The Simulated Road Test. The Road Route.  Each part has to be passed before moving on to the next.  An 80% pass is required in each section.
A minimum of 8 hours training is required.
This is both theory and ridden, which are split into 4  two hour training sessions.
More training can be given if you wish.
Candidates are given a complete  pack of information and BHS riding and road craft book.
A minimum of 8 candidates is required.
A suitable venue that is convenient for your members has to be found. 
The complete package for all training, exam entry BHS R&Rs book and all paperwork is £125.
